Aisel Health is an early-stage, pre-revenue, mental health tech startup utilising technology to transform mental health care.
Our mission is to equip therapists and healthcare professionals with data-driven, time-saving tools to enhance treatment outcomes for mental health patients with e.g. depression and anxiety. Our practitioner tool sets new standards for accessible, efficient, and effective mental health solutions.
Role Summary
As our UI/UX Designer, you will be key in shaping our digital platforms' visual and interactive elements. You will work closely with our CPO and CTO to ensure that our applications' aesthetics and usability meet the high standards necessary to support our users effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Design and iterate user interfaces for our web and mobile platforms to ensure visual appeal and high functionality.
Translate complex mental health care processes into simple, user-friendly application flows.
Collaborate with CPO/CTO to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the usability of existing products.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
Champion the importance of good design practices and ensure consistency with our core design principles.
Qualifications:
Proficient in UI/UX design tools such as Figma or InVision.
Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
