Role Summary: The Lead Psychology Researcher / Chief Psychology Officer will oversee the development of our therapeutic content and tools, ensuring they align with the latest psychological research and best practices. You will collaborate with our junior psychology and medical employees and our tech and product teams to integrate these insights into our digital platforms.
Lead the psychological research and development for our digital therapeutic tools.
Design and oversee clinical trials to validate the effectiveness of our interventions and evidence for medical classification.
Ensure all content and methodologies are rooted in the latest scientific research and maintain a high standard of efficacy.
Collaborate with the product team to integrate psychological principles into user interactions.
Establish and maintain partnerships with academic and clinical institutions to further our research goals.
Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Psychiatry or Masters in Counselling Psychology, or a related field.
Experience in working with public institutions employed or via previous employment
Experience in clinical practice, preferably with a focus on diagnosis-based treatments
Track record of leading research projects and clinical trials in a mental health setting.
Collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding and interest in digital health technologies and their potential to enhance mental health treatment.
