If you excel at increasing our online sales after the 3-month internship, you will have the chance to transition into a paid role and become the head of our social media team !

Responsibilities 🍵

• Social Media Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Maintain an active posting schedule and engage with our online community.

• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content that showcases our matcha products, including photos, graphics, and short-form videos.

• Ad Strategy Experimentation: Design, implement, and test various advertising campaigns to determine the most effective strategies for driving sales.

• SEO Optimization: Enhance our social media content and online presence with SEO best practices to improve visibility and attract potential customers.

• Performance Analytics: Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and ads, providing regular reports on metrics and sales outcomes.

• Sales Focus: Leverage social media to increase traffic to our website and boost direct-to-consumer (B2C) sales.

• Independence & Initiative: Take ownership of the social media strategy, working autonomously to meet and exceed sales targets.
