At IFS, we're revolutionizing the aviation industry with our advanced Electronic Flight Bag app, trusted by over 30 airlines. We have been in the market for over a decade. In early 2023 we released NEO, a pioneering one-of-a-kind self-admin tool for airlines. This has turned out to be a true game changer, tripling our sales, and its potential is much bigger.

We believe this is just the beginning: Our mission is to streamline flight operations in every airline and we need more hands. We are now looking for an ambitious and experienced designer & brand specialist to join us on this journey and make sure the entire world hears our story. Your Role

• Master the ins and outs of our product, understanding both current and future functionalities and convey their value to the world.

• Become the ultimate aviation & aviation software expert.

• Be the creative force behind all visual and content elements of our company, including our app, website, marketing materials, sales presentations, SM channels, etc.

• Focus heavily on branding and marketing materials for the first few months, ensuring all outgoing communications are visually appealing and on-brand.

• Develop and execute a cohesive branding strategy, by crafting compelling narratives, brand story and visual identity.

• Use cutting-edge tools and automation to optimize your work to the extreme, and continue to evolve the process as we go.

• Work autonomously, but with the support of our ambitious and knowledgeable team.

Who We Are Looking For 

We're on the hunt for exceptional talent – those who thrive in the fast-paced, results-driven environment of successful startups. Your background should demonstrate:

• Proven experience in a similar role in a SaaS company.

• Ability to grasp technical products quickly and convey their value effectively.

• Superb design and brand skills with a strong portfolio showcasing app, web, and branding/storytelling projects.

• Experience managing websites/social media channels and creating engaging content.

• Keen interest in aviation and willingness to immerse in the industry.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
