We are looking for a dynamic, younger individual to partner with us in starting and running a performance marketing agency. As co-owners, we will provide you with a robust foundation to ensure success from day one, including:

• Existing Clients: We have a portfolio of clients that we currently outsource, guaranteeing revenue and salary from the start.

• Support and Training: We will assist with training, operations, accounting, and all other aspects necessary to run a successful agency.

• Brand and Leads: Benefit from our established brand, cases, and continuous lead generation efforts.

  
  

Your Role:

You will be the driving force behind the agency, responsible for:

• Managing and operating the agency independently.

• Hiring and managing your own team.

• Developing and executing marketing strategies for your clients.

• Generating and nurturing leads with our support.

What We’re Hoping For:

• Experience with Meta: Proficiency in managing marketing campaigns on Meta platforms is essential (you don't have to be an expert – we can train you).

• Leadership Skills: Experience in leadership roles, preferably within an agency setting (not mandatory, but a bonus).

• Marketing Expertise: Knowledge in areas such as email marketing, SEO, PPC, CRO, or other digital marketing channels (just a nice to have).

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A drive to build and grow your own business.
