The Senior Fire Safety Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring that our products meet all fire safety regulations and standards. This position involves obtaining fire safety certifications for new products and contributing to the design and safety of partition walls. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fire safety engineering and a proven track record of working with product certification processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the process of obtaining fire safety certifications for new products, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate fire safety features into product designs, with a specific focus on partition wall systems.

• Conduct fire risk assessments and develop fire safety strategies for various projects.

• Review and approve fire safety plans and specifications.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest fire safety regulations, codes, and standards.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies, testing laboratories, and certification agencies.

• Participate in fire safety audits and inspections, and implement necessary corrective actions.

• Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation related to fire safety compliance and certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with specialisation in Fire Safety Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety engineering, with a focus on obtaining fire safety certifications.

• Demonstrated experience in working with partition wall design and fire safety integration.

• In-depth knowledge of fire safety codes, standards, and regulations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Professional certification (e.g., PE, CFPS) is highly desirable.
