The Senior Acoustics Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all acoustic performance standards and obtaining necessary certifications. This role involves a significant focus on partition wall design and integrating acoustical solutions into our new products. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in acoustics engineering and a proven track record in obtaining acoustic certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the process of obtaining acoustic certifications for new products, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate acoustic solutions into product designs, with a specific focus on partition wall systems.

• Conduct acoustic assessments and develop strategies to meet desired performance criteria.

• Review and approve acoustic designs, specifications, and plans.

• Stay current with the latest acoustic standards, regulations, and technologies.

• Liaise with regulatory bodies, testing laboratories, and certification agencies.

• Participate in acoustic testing, audits, and inspections, and implement necessary corrective actions.

• Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation related to acoustic performance and certifications.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Acoustics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in acoustics engineering, with a focus on obtaining acoustic certifications.

• Demonstrated experience in working with partition wall design and integrating acoustic solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of acoustic standards, regulations, and testing methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Professional certification (e.g., INCE, ASA) is highly desirable.
