B2B ACCOUNT MANAGER - FULL TIME / COPENHAGEN OFFICE (ON LOCATION).

Our core business is in the serviced apartment industry, but we spend a lot of time developing and improving our business relations and customer experience. This takes us in different directions and makes us span over different product categories: Technology, interior design, real estate, new products and more.  You will be joining the sales team based in our Copenhagen office and there will also be some travel activity to our different locations. 

 

You have:

  • General experience with B2B sales and can demonstrate a track record of results.

  • Ideally, you have specific experience with sales within the software industry.

  • Alternatively, you have specific experience with sales within the the estate or hotel industry.

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Management or Business Administration.


You are: 

  • Professional and fascinated with all aspects of effective sales and excellent account management.

  • Structured, thorough and detail-oriented. 

  • Interested in technology and how to use new technology to improve products and performance.

  • Driven by results.

  • Dedicated and motivated by finding solutions and building a trustworthy, long-term relationship with our clients.

  • Eager to learn and to constantly improve.  

  • Analytical with a solid understanding of KPIs, statistics and reporting.

  • Excellent in communicating both in writing and verbally, internally and externally.


You will be:  

  • Supporting and servicing existing key, B2B accounts and clients to meet sales goals.

  • Managing Customer relations, customer success, handling purchase orders etc.

  • Demonstrate products (incl. software products) to relevant stakeholders.

  • Building and maintaining key B2B relationships with existing and new accounts.

  • Assisting executive management in general business development in existing and new markets.

  • Create monthly progress reports and presentations.

  • Conduct market research to improve the positioning of our products.
