Role Description

We are looking for an organized and driven Implementation Project Lead with experience in manufacturing and supply chain. You will work with large manufacturing companies and our technical team to take lead on managing implementation and onboarding of our platform with our customers. Using your industry expertise, you will translate customer needs into technical requirements, bridging the gap between our customers and our technical team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Pre-sales solution consulting.

• Managing customer implementation projects, which can range from small projects to larger enterprise projects.

• Defining new features and strategies based on customer feedback.

• Establishing internal processes for scalable growth.

We envision the person in this position potentially building up our future implementation team and processes.

Skills & Experience

• Currently working in a manufacturing company in a supply chain or supplier-related role such as purchasing, procurement, supplier quality, or supplier development, or a similar area.

• Good knowledge of manufacturing supply-chain and supplier quality business processes (e.g., RFQs, supplier quality management, supplier audits, supplier scorecards).

• Familiarity with ISO9001, FMEA, 8D/SCAR, PPAP/APQP, and RFQ / cost engineering is a plus.

• Ability to turn loose customer descriptions into structured business processes.

• Experience with ERP systems, BPMN, swim-lane diagrams, and/or other business process definition is a big plus.

• Strong communication and project management skills.
