Having seats all over the country creates a need for remote monitoring. Therefore, we are building the world’s first intelligent heated seat. From our controller, we are now able to obtain data, and using this data we can monitor the seats, get trigger alarms on various parameters, lock stolen seats (make them unusable), and reduce handling time. By now, we have developed an alpha version, but we need an internal employee to take it to the next stage. 

We are now looking for an independent and self-driven Embedded Software Engineer to lead our tech development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a background in embedded software, experience with microcontrollers, and the ability to develop and maintain IoT solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to grow with our company. 

The ideal candidate is eager to take responsibility and build software from the ground up and build and lead the required tech-team. 

• Implement and manage communication protocols, data transfer, and over-the-air updates. 

• Develop and maintain software for Espressif microcontrollers using ESP-IDF.

• Work with real-time embedded operating systems such as Zephyr, FreeRTOS, or similar.

• Set up and document comprehensive test environments for microcontrollers.

It is a big advantage if you are familiar with the following: 

• Software development using React, Golang, and SQL databases.

• Basic front-end visualization of data in a web-based dashboard using Grafana or similar. 

• Design and build cloud solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Newly graduated or 1-3 years of experience.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

• Creative innovative mindset.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
