Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a driven student worker to join our fantastic team and drive our community strategy. 

You will work alongside the Co-Founder, CEO and the Chief Of Staff on developing and maintaining a highly engaged community. 

The Humani 100, is a community of people-first leaders who are looking to continue to develop and grow as people leaders. This role will be a fantastic opportunity for an individual to be involved with building this community from the start.


Responsibilities

This role will working closely with the CEO and Chief Of Staff and be responsible but not limited to the following:

  • Owning and maintaining the Humani 100 community. 

  • Responsible for researching relevant content, events and content to share with the Humani 100 community. 

  • Work closely with the CEO and Chief Of Staff on curating and organising relevant events in the top hubs of London and Copenhagen to start with. 

  • Distribute relevant content and communication via channels such as:

    • Hubspot

    • LinkedIn and other social channels.

    • Slack 

  • Research and engage with relevant well known people first communities in order to discuss potential partnerships. 

  • Build a calendar of content and events for the year, and deliver these. 

  • Research and collaborate with a company in order to develop the community merchandise.
