TechBBQ is looking for an outstanding Partnership Success Manager to join our Partnerships team.
As our new Partnership Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of partner relations and make sure that we deliver the best possible experience to all our amazing partners. Additionally, you’ll be an integral part of our commercial efforts of selling partnerships and developing great relationships with both existing and new partners.
The position is full-time and we’re looking for someone who is motivated by relationship building, partner experience and the startup ecosystem.
The Partnerships team is a small, dedicated team that works closely with the entire Nordic startup ecosystem to build strong partnerships and create activities for our ecosystem. We are enthusiastic about entrepreneurship, ecosystems, and technology; but this is a commercial role, and you must be passionate about sales, business development, and partnerships to thrive in the role.
You preferably have working experience within and passion for customer success, customer service and/or sales
You thrive in a collaborative and challenging work environment that gives individuals high levels of autonomy and flexibility
You are a team player who has a "greater good" perspective rather than an individualistic perspective.

Identify and establish commercial partnerships with different companies across the Nordics
Lead or take part in independent projects that make a difference for the Nordic Startup ecosystem
Outreach to inbound partners and new potential partners
Develop and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and goals aligned with TechBBQ's objectives
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, feedback, and concerns. Keep partners informed of relevant updates and opportunities
Address any issues or challenges that arise in partner relationships promptly and effectively, seeking resolutions that benefit both parties
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, events, and program to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives
Collaborate with the partnership team to develop long-term strategies for partner engagement and growth
Event planning & execution (side events, on-/offline), especially during the week of TechBBQ
