We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and take responsibility in relation to screening our dealflow. Nordic Makers invests in early stage tech startups in the Nordics - mostly digital B2B business models.
We offer lots of responsibility. You would be involved in the entire process of making an investment decision, from the moment we first meet a potential startup throughout the due diligence process until the final decision making meeting. You would need to be comfortable communicating with startups, and deep-diving into new industries you may not already be familiar with.
Analyzing incoming dealflow
Join or lead meetings with startups
Presenting recommendations for investments to partner group
Working with partner group during due diligence process
Support in organizing monthly partner meetings
Representing Nordic Makers at pitch events
Ad hoc due diligence tasks
Ability to conduct in-depth research
Comfortable taking meetings with externals
Analytical mindset
Can learn and adapt to stakeholder preferences
A creative “get-it-done” attitude

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Option for fully remote position, but must be located in the Nordics
Four days/week: two days in the office and two days optionally remote
The internship should be part of your studies for credits
Position period: September 9 - December 10
There are no expected paid positions after the internship
There may be the opportunity to travel to one location
