Connected Cars is working on an ambitious project to connect millions of car owners with their vehicles by hooking into the on-board diagnostics available in every modern car, and we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people to join us on that journey.

At Connected Cars, we are constantly seeking ways to improve our working methods. Therefore, our development team is currently programming a smarter way to extract data from the vehicles we install our telematics units in. We are looking for a Automotive Development and Testing Specialist who is passionate about automotive electronics and wants to help us turn every car into a connected car.
Using diagnostics software to extract data from the cars' CANbus
Develop vehicle specific software alongside your team members
Collaboration with our internal cross functional development teams to test and optimize the software that reads data from the cars.
Provide guidance and technical support, to customer facing teams.
Be an internal expert in all automotive related topics.
You will work from our offices in Copenhagen and occasionally at customer sites in Denmark and around the world.
You have a background as an Automotive/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineer or Automotive Technician. You understand how automotive electronics work, and you enjoy staying updated with the latest technology in vehicles. You take pride in getting things done in collaboration with colleagues and external partners. You do not need to know evertýthing but have a desire to learn new skills, we will be helping to develop and train you in these areas.
Knowledge and/ or interest in CANbus, Transport protocols (e.g. ISO-TP) and Communication protocols (e.g. UDS and OBD-II)
Good understanding of vehicle diagnostics and diagnostic software
You take responsibility for your tasks and work independently
Willingness to learn new things and not afraid to challenge yourself
Ability to adapt and work well under pressure
Proficiency in English both written and spoken
Driver's licence
