🚀 Your Mission:

As an Event Intern, you'll:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing virtual and in-person events that align with Hello Ada's mission.

• Coordinate with speakers, vendors, and venues to ensure all event details are meticulously managed.

• Help in developing event agendas, timelines, and promotional materials.

• Support the marketing team in promoting events through social media, email campaigns, and other channels.

• Assist in managing event logistics, including registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative event ideas that engage and inspire our audience.

• Provide on-site support during events to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.

• Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to improve future events.

• Handle administrative tasks related to event planning and execution as needed.
