At Knowledge Gate group, we are at the start of an exciting new journey. After 4 years of product development we are now at the beginning of our scale phase. Realising that the key to this is a high-performing sales team we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and screen potential customers and build a sales pipe.

We have a small and dedicated team working in the office in Hannemanns Allé with sales, product, operations and fulfilment all based here.

Our ideal SDR has experience utilising CRM tools, a strong understanding of the sales process, lead research, relationship development and healthy curiosity to ask questions.

Our product is designed to fit into wide ranging market fit and industry so adabtability to understand the clients needs quickly and accurately is key.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

• Develop and manage high volume prospecting of outbound leads through calls, emails and other channels.

• Work closely with our the Account Executive team to develop, implement and execute outreach strategies.

• Work with your own portfolio of prospects and ensure that the deals in your structured pipeline will go from "assigned companies" to "meetings booked".

Qualifications:

• You see yourself as driven and goal oriented.

• Have an interest in the life science space or research and analytics.

• Self-starter and team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in business English).

• The drive to meet and exceed measurable performance goals.
