Key Account Manager - Hospitality

Role Objective:

The Hospitality KAM will be responsible for driving sales and brand value for Cocohagen’s 20g cocoa truffle within the hospitality sector. The role focuses on high-end, BtB clientele such as hotels, conference facilities, corporate meeting catering, and customer hand-outs at brand stores. The goal is to enhance brand awareness and position the cocoa truffle as a premium, sustainable product in the hospitality market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to introduce the 20g cocoa truffle to high-end hospitality clients.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the hotel and conference industry.

  • Ensure the cocoa truffle is prominently featured when served to end-consumer from hospitality clients, enhancing brand visibility and customer experience.

  • Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored for the hospitality sector.

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the hospitality industry.

  • Represent Cocohagen at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote the brand and establish new contacts.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the hospitality or premium food/beverage industry.

  • Strong understanding of the hospitality market and customer needs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for sustainability and premium products.
