The Role:

We're looking for a Product Messaging and Content Specialist Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in creating clear, consistent, and engaging product messages. You will work closely with Product and UX/UI team to refine our product messaging, set the tone, and establish guidelines for future communications across our app, website, dashboard, and more.

What You’ll Do:

• Message Tuning: Refine and optimize existing product messages to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement.

• Tone Setting: Develop and establish a distinctive tone of voice that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our target audience.

• Guideline Development: Create comprehensive messaging guidelines for future use across all platforms, including the app, website, dashboard, emails, and more.

• Content Review: Audit current content to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with the new messaging guidelines.

• Collaborate: Work closely with our PM, UX/UI designers, content team, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive communication.

• Skill Development: Gain experience in content strategy, UX writing, and copywriting, setting a strong foundation for a career in product marketing, brand management, or digital communications.
