About Adversus

Adversus is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for call centers that contributes to optimizing, automating, and effectively managing our customers' outbound activities in an all-in-one solution. We continually develop and optimize the platform based on our users' needs and feedback. Today, we have 40 employees (and still counting!) working from our headquarters in Aarhus, where we handle every aspect of the business, including sales, support, development, marketing, and administration.

Your role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our commercial department. The core task for this role is to continuously identify, enrich, and prioritize leads that are delivered to our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, with expertise in ETL processes, SQL/database management, web scraping, API integration, and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

• ETL Processes: Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ensure accurate and timely data flow from various sources to our data warehouse.

• SQL/Database Management: Manage and optimize databases, ensuring data integrity, performance, and security.

• Web Scraping: Develop and implement web scraping solutions to gather relevant data from various online sources.

• API Integration: Work with APIs to extract and integrate data from third-party sources into our systems.

• Machine Learning: Apply machine learning techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets, providing actionable insights to support lead identification, enrichment, and prioritization.

• Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support decision-making processes within the commercial department.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data science, continuously seeking ways to improve our processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role.

• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.

• Experience with ETL processes and tools.

• Proficiency in web scraping techniques and tools.

• Experience with APIs and data integration.

• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.

• Experience in a commercial or sales-focused environment.
