At Momkind, we have a range of ongoing projects and exciting new ventures on the horizon. After a successful test run of events with our community of over 50,000 mothers, we've been inspired to continue creating memorable events. The joy of connecting with our community in person is unparalleled, which is why we're on the lookout for an intern to join our team and take charge of coordinating and delivering these events.

Join our dynamic team of nine dedicated individuals based in Copenhagen NV and/or in our flagship store in Frederiksberg, along with one team member in Lithuania. Together, we are committed to building the best mom-centered brand globally, often stepping out of our comfort zones and job descriptions to achieve this. At Momkind, there's ample room for personal growth and development as we learn together.

As an intern, your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning and organizing 2-3 events per month in Copenhagen and Aarhus

• Developing promotional materials and content for event marketing across various channels (Instagram, Facebook, website, in-store)

• Securing partnerships and sponsorships with aligned brands

• Generating innovative event concepts and ideas

• Overseeing event execution, ensuring smooth logistics, and guest satisfaction

• Conducting post-event follow-up including feedback surveys and reporting to the team

While you'll take the lead in planning and executing events, rest assured that the team will support you throughout the process.

The ideal candidate:

• Is likely pursuing a degree in service management, event management, or marketing

• Is looking for an internship in fall/winter 2024

• Has previous experience in event coordination

• Familiarity with Canva, Klaviyo, and Shopify is a bonus

• Possesses strong problem-solving skills, excellent social abilities, and a proactive mindset
