As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for helping our customers succeed in the long run. You’ll join our commercial team, which focuses on getting and keeping top-tier eCommerce companies on the right track with our software.
You’ll be responsible for helping our users overcome technical challenges, implement their desired use cases, and create and maintain customer relationships.
A perfect candidate balances soft skills in communication, relationship-building, and issue resolution with the ability and experience to handle technical matters, such as understanding the basics of eCommerce systems and Paid Social advertising.
Handle Customer Inquiries: Our customers will contact you for help, tips, and advice.
Debug Technical Issues: When a customer asks for assistance, make sure everything is set up correctly by finding the issue and guiding the user through the solution.
Check In and Follow up: Regularly reach out to the customer to make sure they are on the right track and aren’t facing any problems.
Consult (over Email and Video Calls): Become a Confect and Catalog Ads guru to support our clients. Understand their needs and guide them toward greater and greater success with Catalog Ads.
Gather Feedback and Ideas: Anytime you talk to users, you need to listen to any needs or issues they may have and communicate this internally so we can keep improving with each conversation.
Technical Savvy: Grasp the technicalities of product feeds/ Catalogs and Facebook Ads to help our eCommerce companies succeed.
Customer Facing Pro: 1+ year in Customer Success, Sales, Consulting, or similar. A marketing background is preferred.
Passionate Helper: You're driven by helping people and businesses flourish.
People Person: Excellent at communication, understanding people, and building personal relationships (over video calls, but also through emails!). Exceptional presentation skills.
Quick Learner: Our industry (and the platforms our users advertise on) are always changing and being updated, so you will have to grasp new knowledge, learn, and pivot relatively fast. If you want to be told exactly what to do, this is not the right position for you.
Tech-Savvy: Good understanding of digital advertising and technical concepts - we will train you on all the specifics, but you need to be able to grasp technical ideas (i.e. Product Feeds, and how Facebook Ads work technically).
Marketing Fundamentals: You have a basic grasp of online marketing and eCommerce.
Language: Fluent in English; Danish is NOT required.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: You want to learn, take initiative and go the extra distance in terms of helping users. You don’t need to be an expert on everything from the beginning, but you have to be curious and driven to help our users.
