Hey there, this is a position preferably starting from August 2024 and it requires you to be physically in Copenhagen, Denmark, as we do not offer fully remote work yet. We would like you to be exceptionally fluent in English.

Picture this: You'll be working in the Operational Excellence team of PatentRenewal.com which has been renewing IP rights for businesses in over 90 countries across Europe, Asia, North and South America, and the Pacific since 2017. 

Our team works towards a smooth renewal process for our customers, and Your role will be focused on providing detailed pricing analysis based on the data from our potential customers concerning their ongoing renewals of intellectual property rights. 

In this role you will get to… 

• Help generate accurate assessments of potential expenses of our customers' IP rights portfolios. 

• Use Excel (GoogleSheets) as the main platform to deliver the pricing analysis.

• Develop expertise in efficiently retrieving data from numerous public databases.

• Learn in depth about specific national and international rules regarding IP renewal rights.

• Support Account Executives with the most precise pricing data and give detailed explanations on your findings.

• Work closely with the Tech team to establish, implement, and conduct best practices with regard to system maintenance.

• Develop and implement effective and organized workflows to streamline written correspondence via email with public authorities and global external partners.

 We are a perfect match, if:

• You are fluent in written and verbal English.

• Have a Bachelor’s or a Master's Degree in either Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics or you have relevant experience.

• Enjoy being the support of the administrative side of our international growth.

• Have strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and learn quickly; which includes identifying, resolving, and tracking problems appropriately.

• Are proficient in the use of various software packages including MS Suite, and Google Drive, and, preferably familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot.

• You work well under time pressure while not decreasing the quality.

• You enjoy working detail-oriented work.

• You are curious and feel comfortable to ask questions.
