Who are we?

Tricent is all about automated file sharing governance. We enable more secure file sharing within Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, so companies can keep collaborating, responsibly. 

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain our software solutions with a strong focus on backend development.

• Collaborate closely within our product and engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy impactful software.

• Implement and manage async distributed tasks and job queues to ensure smooth and scalable operations.

• Work with queue systems like RabbitMQ, ensuring robust backend processes.

• Leverage Google’s Drive APIs ingesting large quantities of data at scale.

• Work with the modern React front end on app.tricent.com

Who You Are:

• You hold a Masters (or Candidate) degree or higher in Computer Science or Software Development.

• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience working with Django or Flask – you know your way around building robust back-end services!

• 3-5 years of experience building on cloud-based infrastructure, preferably GCP.

• Experienced in working with async distributed tasks queues and familiar with queue systems like RabbitMQ or SQS.

• You enjoy coming to the office and collaborating with all parts of the business

• You are fluent in English (C1 advanced or above), capable of effortlessly collaborating in a professional environment.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Ability to write bug free code on the first try.

• Photographic memory — you never need to read anything twice.

• An IQ of 250+, perfectly developed social skills and a high emotional intelligence.
