We are looking for an enthusiastic volunteer to join our HR team at Senpage Consulting.  If you are interested in gaining experience in HR, currently pursuing higher education, or have recently graduated or with experience in the HR, this position is for you!

As a volunteer in our HR team, you can build a solid experience base by making use of countless competencies acquired through your studies and any previous positions by solving HR-related challenges and work tasks.

What we expect from you

• Prior HR or volunteer experience (desirable)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• You can commit to at least 15 hours a month

• Have a positive can-do attitude

You don’t need to have a lot of experience, but we expect you to be able to work independently – we are a team of volunteers, so we all work asynchronously.

We imagine that you, in collaboration with the other volunteers in the team, will be responsible for

• The recruitment process by preparing role descriptions, posting ads, doing interviews, and managing the onboarding process

• Keeping our volunteer handbook, recruitment procedure, onboarding documents, and internal materials up-to-date

• Developing and implementing effective strategies to recruit volunteers with the right skills to match the interest of the organization

• Ensuring that the volunteers are well supervised and conducting wellbeing check-ins
