About the job 

Impero, a rapidly-growing SaaS company specializing in helping large organisations become and stay compliant, is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take responsibility for optimising our marketing spend and performance and help grow revenue in our key markets. 

  

The role  

As our Growth Marketing Manager you will have primary responsibility for creating, executing and testing our growth strategies. You’ll own our global acquisition marketing strategy and budget, working closely with our CMO, Director of Business Operations and team of marketing specialists. 

With a key goal of efficient and effective marketing pipeline generation and progression, you will help create revenue growth as our subject matter expert on paid channels, testing, and optimisation. You should have expertise in LinkedIn and HubSpot and be passionate about using paid channels to complement a buyer’s journey to ultimately create and capture demand. Experience of Dreamdata or similar revenue attribution platforms is preferable.

Your day-to-day 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to help drive acquisition, customer retention, and revenue growth. 

  • Manage and analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to the team. 

  • Working with our tech stack (HubSpot, Lusha, ChiliPiper, WordPress, etc) to continuously optimise our processes and performance 

  • Create clear and simple reports in collaboration with our CMO and Director of Business Operations 

  • Work with our Sales organisation to drive pipeline progression and identify and execute ABM campaigns in key markets 

  • Optimise website and landing pages for conversion rate optimisation, using A/B testing and data analysis to improve user experience and drive conversions. 

  • Stay updated on best practices, emerging technologies, and performance marketing trends to continuously innovate and drive growth strategies.   


What you’ll bring 

This role is ideally suited to a candidate with strong analytical thinking, expert understanding of paid metrics, tests and strategies to optimise performance, and a passion for using marketing to create and capture demand and drive revenue growth and retention.   

Using LinkedIn and HubSpot as our primary channels for growth, previous experience in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company is an advantage. You should have strong stakeholder management skills, and excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to drive business results in a fast-paced environment. 

Fluency in German is an advantage, but not required.
