Not our first unicorn

People normally don't stumble into trying to disrupt a $5 trillion industry with AI. We experienced the challenge of scaling excellent advice first-hand, and hence know our personas personally. As part of the founding team of a leading European InsureTech unicorn, we built a platform that facilitated 100.000 insurance and mortgage consultations, and empowered 100+ advisors. What prepared you for this challenge

• Full stack experience with strong Python and Frontend skills (currently: Vue.js, Flask, Postgres, Redis, Azure)

• You're experienced with training runs, fine-tunes, RAG, agent frameworks, and production use of LLMs and Audio ML

• You enjoy building high-performing engineering teams and managing tech delivery, and mentoring rising talent.

• You don't shy from regulated industries and can co-own GDPR, DORA, AI Act compliance.

• You enjoy building organisations, systems, and being held accountable for ambitious goals

• You learn extremely fast, are driven to have an impact, execute with maniacal sense of urgency, have an elite work ethic, are optimistic, and think from first principles.
