The Superb opportunity:
We are looking for a Chief Sales Officer to join our mission in changing the game for hospitality:
In this role you will be responsible for growing and developing our amazing international field sales team currently located in the Nordics and Italy. Our ambition is high and we see you as a key part of the journey in making Superb a success around the globe.
Responsibilities
Build a world-class field sales team exceeding targets and conquering markets
Cultivate a results-oriented environment with efficient deal cycles and top closing rates
Identify market opportunities, maximize revenue/growth, and define new target markets
Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent together with Heads of Sales for each market
Coach and develop our commercial managers to become even better Leaders
Implement impactful training programs to continuously sharpen the sales organization's edge ensuring that Superb is a place where employees want to stay and grow their career
Monitor market trends and customer feedback in different markets to support product development
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Provide direct leadership to +4 markets across Europe.
Ensure efficient processes and leverage CRM/sales tools for maximum impact
Your profile
Inspiring leader with strong coaching and mentoring skills
Demonstrated success in managing outbound/field sales teams with short sales cycles to SMB companies
5-10 years’ experience of sales leadership where you have managed a sales team of +25 (including leadership roles)
Experience with working in start-up/scale in early-stage with fast-paced environments where you had to manage ambiguity and uncertainty
Demonstrated experience successfully building, scaling and leading an international high performing field sales team across various markets
In-depth experience in setting up KPIs, and managing individual and team performance
Strong analytical skills & data-driven mindset to evaluate performance and make adequate operational decisions - you are always on top of commercial KPIs
Proven ability to build, grow and manage highly performing teams and maintaining strong relationships
Its great if you live in or near the Copenhagen area
