Position Overview:

Join TechBBQ as a Partnership Success Lead and contribute to our mission of empowering startups and driving innovation in Scandinavia. Working closely with our experienced team, you'll play a vital role in helping prepare our partners for TechBBQ 2024.

Responsibilities:

• Partner Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met and goals aligned with TechBBQ's objectives.

• Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, feedback, and concerns. Keep partners informed of relevant updates and opportunities.

• Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise in partner relationships promptly and effectively, seeking resolutions that benefit both parties.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, events, and program to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the partnership team to develop long-term strategies for partner engagement and growth.

  
  

Requirements:

• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Fluency in English is essential

• Interpersonal Skills: Capable of building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with a diverse range of partners in a fast paced environment.

• Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
