Position Overview:

Join TechBBQ as an Project Coordinator and contribute to our mission of empowering startups and driving innovation in Scandinavia. This role offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career, expand your network, and immerse yourself in the exciting world of tech startups. 

Working closely with our experienced team, you'll play a vital role in managing a dinner event for stakeholders within the political and business promotion ecosystem. This event will take place on either September 10 or 12, 2024 in the Copenhagen Area.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate a high-profile dinner event for stakeholders within the political and business promotion ecosystem.

• Liaise with vendors, caterers, and venue staff to ensure smooth execution of the event.

• Manage guest invitations, RSVPs, and seating arrangements.

• Oversee event logistics, including transportation and accommodations for attendees.

• Provide on-site support during the event to address any issues and ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event planning and coordination.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
