We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist for our sales department, who will be in charge of sourcing and qualification of potential prospects/leads. This requires an analytic and well-structured mind to find new relevant triggers among various data sources and technical knowledge for scraping and organizing data.

Adversus is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) platform for call centers that contributes to optimizing, automating, and effectively managing our customers' outbound activities in an all-in-one solution. We continually develop and optimize the platform based on our users' needs and feedback. Today, we have 40 employees (and still counting!) working from our headquarters in Aarhus, where we handle every aspect of the business, including sales, support, development, marketing, and administration.


Your role at Adversus 

As our brand new (and first-ever) Sales Ops, you will be handling a wide range of tasks; quality assurance of leads, ensuring our BDRs have the best base of getting new clients to analyzing the data we have available for our (potential) clients. You will ensure that internal processes for our sales team run smoothly.

With your analytical and strategic mindset, you'll drive initiatives that boost our revenue, help expand our market, and streamline our operations. You will help us navigate our sales strategies into new markets, ensuring our actions are aligned with Adversus’ overarching goals and vision. The role requires a good analytical understanding, as a fundamental part of the role is to organize and act upon the feedback the sales team collects.

You will report to our CSO.


Your primary tasks will be:

  • Diving into datasets to uncover insights on lead and outreach performance.

  • Identifying patterns to optimize our sales strategies.

  • Prepare compelling reports on outreach KPIs.

  • Empowering our outbound teams with high-quality leads.

  • Conducting A/B testing across diverse data sources, countries, and branches.

  • Evaluate processes with innovative eyes.

  • Oversee the administration of CRM data and processes.

  • Mastering the art of analyzing customer database datasets for optimization.

  • Analyzing datasets on our customer database to find patterns for optimizations.

  • Optimize workflows and sales processes (Knowledge of Salesforce is a huge plus!).


You must have: 

  • Strong analytical skills, and the ability to identify the whole picture (from vision through to detailed client level)

  • Good business sense

  • Ideally experienced with a CRM system e.g., Salesforce

  • A technical background (Salesforce, Salesforce Flows, BI, web scraping)

  • Technical skills (API, SQL).

  • Familiar with KPI tracking and optimization processes.
