We are currently looking for a Program Assistant (volunteers/interns), to assist our Program Department 25 to 35 hours a week from the 1st of June and 1st of July until the end of September.

Since 2013, TechBBQ has worked to support and strengthen the Nordic ecosystem for entrepreneurship and innovation based on the distinctive Nordic values of openness, inclusion, trust, and meeting each other at eye level. TechBBQ is Scandinavia's largest startup & innovation summit.

You will be given weekly tasks and assisted in your role by the Head of the Department as well as receive thorough feedback and mentoring.

Some of the many (exciting) tasks involved:

• Researching interesting, trending topics to be included in the TechBBQ Stage Program

• Outreach to relevant speaker profiles to participate in panels, fireside chats, and keynotes

• Help to build Speaker Experience Packages; dinners, pick-ups, logistics, and much more.

• Eventually, become a Stage Manager during the event i.e. running the functioning of the stages alongside event-day volunteers ensuring the run-of-show goes smoothly.'

We are looking for someone with:

• Fluency in written English

• Basic knowledge of startups and technology

• Flexible and open-minded personality

• A doer-mentality, who not only talks but gets things done

• Great attention to detail
