Italian-speaking Social Media Coordinator @ Superb (Part-time)

The Superb opportunity: 

We are looking for an ambitious and creative Italian-speaking marketer passionate about restaurants and social media to join our small brand marketing team and help us grow our two new Instagram accounts to help us reach our goal of growing the largest audience of hospitality operators in Europe. 

We recently set up two new local Instagram accounts for our Nordic (Denmark, Sweden, and Norway) and Italian markets. We are, therefore, looking for someone to help us edit, prepare, and schedule content for both accounts while overseeing our existing account. As our social media coordinator, you will get hands-on experience managing and publishing content designed to engage people working in the restaurant industry.

You will work closely with our Content lead to edit and activate content aligned with our brand identity and, most importantly, engage our audiences.

What you will do:

  • Act as the owner of our new Italian and Nordic Instagram accounts.
  • Responsible for preparing and scheduling content in Meta for our channels weekly.
  • Analyse social media metrics to track and optimise performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Edit and prepare content for activation, such as posts, reels, or stories.
  • Come up with suggestions for improvements of concepts based on performance
  • Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into our strategy.
  • Reach out and plan content productions with restaurants and other relevant industry people.
  • Take part in productions when required (will be coordinated with our Content lead)

What your day could look like:

  • Coordinate new upcoming local content with our content lead.
  • Plan and schedule upcoming content across our three different channels.
  • Write copy in English and Italian to support the local channels.
  • Create stories that engage with our audiences.
  • Engage with our audience and respond to comments and messages.
  • Reach out to restaurants about new content productions.

What you will need:

  • A full working proficiency in Italian and English is a must.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • You are great at writing and know how to write engaging copy for social media.
  • You like to work structured and have excellent attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Availability to work 15-20 hours. We offer flexible work hours (Ideally next to your studies).
  • Be able to start working as soon as possible.
  • We would prefer it if you were based in or around Copenhagen so we can meet up in the office regularly.
  • Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of photo editing software are considered a plus.

  • Unpaid internship
  • Period: 3-6 months.
  • Part-time: 15-20 hours per week.
