About TechBBQ: 

TechBBQ started out as a small BBQ gathering for tech enthusiasts and entrepreneurs back in 2013 in a park in Copenhagen. Over the years, we have grown and evolved into the largest and most ‘hyggelig’ event of its kind in Scandinavia.

Every September, we welcome an increasing number of people from around the globe. Our annual summit expertly connects tech & hygge: it is designed so that you can meet innovative and groundbreaking startups in the ecosystem, discuss the latest trends, network in a cosy and vibrant atmosphere, get inspired by trendsetting speakers – and enjoy a good old-fashioned BBQ!

In 2024, we will be hosting our 12th event on the 11th and 12th of September.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers by working with marketing funnels

• Optimise tools and platforms for the marketing department (HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)

• Simplify and streamline marketing operations

• Use analytics tools to track and analyse user behaviour and marketing performance

• Make data-driven decisions to iterate and optimise growth strategies 

• Create conversion funnels and work on improving customer journeys Analysing data and identifying growth opportunities

Requirements:

• Previous experience with marketing operations, automation, or growth hacking

• Previous experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot (or similar platform)

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset

• Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing

• Proficiency in using various marketing and growth hacking tools

• Adaptability

• Being a team player
