Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and fueling our sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers, setting the stage for successful sales conversions.   • Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them on our products/services, and create interest in our solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to hand off qualified leads and ensure a smooth transition in the sales process.

  • Utilize CRM software to track prospect interactions, update lead status, and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for qualified lead generation and conversion.

  • Continuously develop product knowledge and industry expertise to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive offerings, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

  • Conduct research on target companies and key decision-makers to tailor outreach efforts and maximize engagement.

  • Participate in sales training programs and attend team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to team success.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback on lead generation campaigns and suggest improvements.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and effectively convey key messages.

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and active listening skills.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales prospecting tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices.

  • Experience in the technology industry or a related field is a plus.
