We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers who live in Oslo, Norway, to join our startup project at Senpage Consulting. If you are interested in gaining experience in project management, coordination, planning and are currently pursuing higher education, or have recently graduated, or with 1+yrs of experience, this position is for you!
As a member of the project team, you get the opportunity to make your very own mark on the organization's future, together with other volunteers who work together with the development of Senpage Consulting.
It is important for us to build a close relationship with our customers to implement the best solution for them - and together we solve the problems that arise. We shall be able to guide our customers and inform about the consequences and possibilities – being their trusted advisor. You will develop your self-determination skills and get the opportunity to shape the agenda for the tasks.
In this role, we imagine that you will get involved in these areas:
Oversee and coordinate the consulting processes
On-board and training of volunteers in consulting
Planning and execution of events
Establishment of new partnerships and collaborations with relevant stakeholders
Being a part of full project life cycles
What we expect from you
Prior project management or volunteer experience (desirable)
Marketing strategy knowledge (desirable)
Based in Olso (Norway)
Fluent Norwegian and English is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
You can commit to at least 15 hours a month
Have a positive can-do attitude
You don’t need to have a lot of experience, but we expect you to be able to work independently – we are a team of volunteers, so we all work asynchronously.
