Why we exist

We believe that everyone deserves peace of mind. People should not take the important, decade-long financial decisions like pension, mortgages, or health insurance without access to sparring, guidance and trust of an advisor. In our previous operating roles at a leading European InsureTech unicorn, we built an insurance wallet and platform that facilitated 100.000 insurance and mortgage consultations. Now, we use those learnings in building the best possible Copilot for advisors in Germany and Denmark. Enabling them to deliver peace of mind at scale.

Who we are

Michael is a solo technical founder with a track record as Product and Operations leader at a unicorn. He encountered the problem himself, built the MVP, and now iterates towards PMF with a set of alpha customers. We're bootstrapped / grant-financed but with big ambitions and strong investor network to raise capital once we hit product-market fit. About You

• Become a technical Co-Founder with true Co-Founder equity and ownership. You believe in delivering peace of mind and changing a $5T insurance industry for the better.

• You are full stack (currently: Vue.js, Flask, Postgres, Redis, Azure), pragmatic, and at least played with LLMs

• You have an entrepreneurial background as Freelancer, Co-founder, or early startup employee

• Ideally, you led ML stack development at fast-growing startups

• You learn really fast, are driven to have an impact, execute with maniacal sense of urgency, have an elite work ethic, are optimistic, and think from first principles.

• We hire by merit and where possible, optimise for diversity.

• If you need a team of software engineers to ship and maintain software.

• You need a BigTech / SF salary. We offer significant equity and a Danish market-level salary after fundraising.
