At Woba, we're on a mission to create a better world to work in. In pursuit of this mission, we've built a SaaS platform that enables companies to easily collect, measure, and act on employee feedback in real-time. Our platform is based on solid, evidence-based research, which helps companies create a healthier, happier workplace, leading to less stress, fewer sick days, and improved retention of key employees.

We already have 600+ companies onboard, including several well-known brands, such as Tryg and DSV. But we are still at the early stages of our journey and the future looks bright as we expand internationally.

To help us realize our mission, we need a smart and friendly software engineer who loves getting things done.

Role

Your primary responsibility will be to develop and release new backend APIs and functionality in our SaaS platform. The new functionality will be written TypeScript and exposed as GraphQL. Additionally, you will play an active role in improving our CI/CD pipeline.

The main requirements for the role are:

• Three years of hands-on experience with our tech stack, including TypeScript, React (optional), GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and GitHub Actions. This includes proficiency in developing, testing, and deploying applications using these technologies, demonstrating a strong understanding of best practices within these technologies.

• A solid understanding of secure coding practices, with experience in mitigating common web vulnerabilities (e.g., OWASP Top 10).

• Based in Denmark and able to work from our Copenhagen office.
