We are looking for a Meetings and Events Intern to assist us in planning and managing our events and meetings for a minimum of 3 months to start as soon as possible. As part of the Sustainary team, you will be joining the operations department and will have a key role in planning and managing our events for the team, partners and clients.
To support the drafting of detailed event proposals and managing timelines to ensure smooth execution.
To work across departments in the operationalization of our own events such as the Green Impact Week and the SDG Tech Awards.
To handle logistics for participating in events organized by others such as conferences and career fairs.
To facilitate the coordination of both internal teams and external contractors, venues and suppliers ensuring a successful event that meets organizational goals and expectations.
To be on-site, even when we land a project outside commercial hours or over the weekend.
Availability to work 10 to 15 hours per week.
You are currently pursuing a degree in Event Management or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
You are not afraid to lend a hand with practical tasks like setting up chairs when needed.
You are solution-oriented and see opportunities when challenges arise ten minutes before an event starts.
You are able to communicate with venues and suppliers both in Danish and English.
Strong connection with supporting young talents and a passion for facilitating direct social impact.
