Today we service more than 500 companies with our full-service whistleblower and GDPR solutions across 5 countries.
We are headquartered in central Copenhagen and are a virtual organization working out of multiple locations in Europe, including Germany, Finland and Sweden.
As a GDPR Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring effortless compliance within data protection for our clients.
Your responsibilities will include providing support to our sales team in your local language. This involves actively participating in sales meetings, effectively communicating our GDPR solutions, and addressing related questions.
You'll also play a vital role in supporting our Effortless Compliance Service team, ensuring smooth onboarding processes and providing ongoing customer support within GDPR compliance to our existing client base.
Additionally, you'll collaborate with our product development team to enhance our GDPR solutions, ensuring they remain up-to-date with market trends and customer requirements.
Sales Support:
Participate in sales meetings as a GDPR consultant in your local market
Provide overall relevant expertise needed to support progressing sales cycles
Collaborate with the sales team to effectively communicate the benefits of our compliance solutions
Addressing client inquiries regarding GDPR compliance during the sales process
Conduct relevant GDPR material to support the sales process
Onboarding & Compliance Services:
Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new clients, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their specific compliance needs
Provide ongoing support to clients ensuring their continued compliance and understanding of our offerings
Continuously help improve the onboarding processes within GDPR to ensure seamless and scalable onboarding processes
Utilize your expertise in GDPR, data security, and IT security to guide clients through compliance processes.
Conduct reviews and assessments, including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA), Data Processing Agreements (DPA), and other relevant documents.
Collaborate with the team to guarantee clients receive the necessary support and competency for optimal compliance.

Specifically, we are looking for someone with the following qualities:
Experienced GDPR professional with a deep understanding of data security and IT security principles.
Native in one or more of the following languages: Finnish, Danish or German; additional languages are considered an advantage.
Masters English at high proficiency level
Experience in communicating complex compliance solutions to non-experts
Familiarity with GDPR-related documents such as RoPa, DPIA, DPA, and TIA.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to master multiple delivery tracks within your area
Experienced with Microsoft Suite, email & calendar organization, online meetings and similar digital platforms to efficiently work in a virtual organization
