Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? We're seeking motivated Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our high-performing sales teams in Sweden.
Compliance Partners is a leading provider of full-service compliance solutions, dedicated to helping small and mid-sized companies around Europe navigating the complex world of legal compliance. In the past couple of years we have been on an exciting journey, growing our customer base to more than 500 companies across 5 countries.
We are headquartered in central Copenhagen and are a virtual organization working out of multiple locations in Europe, including Germany, Finland and Sweden.
As a BDR, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our sales process forward. From attending virtual meetings with potential clients, communicating our compliance solutions to the different stakeholders and answering their questions in a timely manner.
Beyond presentations, you'll also be responsible for negotiating contracts and managing the entire sales cycle, ensuring that every step is executed seamlessly.
Conduct virtual meetings with prospects, delivering compelling presentations of our solutions and addressing any objections or questions.
Drive deal progression by agreeing on next steps with potential clients, whether it's scheduling follow-up meetings, providing additional information, or finalizing contracts.
Utilize your negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with prospects within the company framework
Manage the sales cycle from initial demo to deal closure, meticulously updating our CRM system along the way to track progress and interactions.
As needed, book new meetings within your own region
Build up a healthy pipeline in your market
We're seeking candidates who thrive in a competitive and results-oriented outbound sales environment.
You do not need to have extensive experience from driving full sales cycles – we encourage everyone with various levels of sales experience to apply for this position.

Additionally, the right candidate:
Speaks Swedish at native level
Masters English at high proficiency level
Has experience with outbound sales or limited experience with full cycle sales
Has the ability to articulate the value and benefits of our compliance solutions clearly and concisely
Strong negotiation skills to maintain a win-win approach when agreeing on contract terms, pricing and other deal-specific details
Can build, maintain and keep an organized and predictable pipeline
Is self-driven with the ability to be a team player and be motivated by the team success
Is eager to take responsibility as an individual performer and demonstrate coachability and willingness to improve
Experienced with Microsoft Suite, email & calendar organization, online meetings and similar digital platforms
We are looking for candidates that can either work from our centrally located office in Copenhagen or fully remote and part of our virtual organization.

For our remote team members, we offer a freelance agreement with a fair guaranteed base salary and an uncapped sales commission salary model on top.
