Are you passionate about building communities, storytelling, and creating the new? We're seeking a open-minded individual to join our founding team as a Community Builder and Content Creator based in Copenhagen.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our social media platforms, bring together people with knowledge, produce events, and showcase the life experience of our silvers hosts (60+). If you're creative, outgoing, and thrive in impactful projects , we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Create a bold communication strategy.

• Manage and grow our social media presence across different platforms.

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to create real human connections among users.

• Use data analytics to apply skills for better decision-making.

• Organize and produce a variety of authentic human experiences and workshops, both online and offline.

• Curate and share the life stories of our senior hosts through noble content.

• Generate original content, including blog posts, videos, and photos, to showcase our community and events.

• Lead and develop our promotional campaigns and initiatives.

• Collaborate with the development of partnerships and sponsorships.

Qualifications:

• Entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on the challenges of a startup environment.

• Passion for creating impactful solutions and bringing people together.

• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in community building, event planning, or related fields.
