If so, Tembi is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an SDR/outbound Sales Rep responsible for acquiring, qualifying, and closing deals within our e-commerce segment.

As our team and customer portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking a skilled and driven SDR/outbound sales rep to ensure the ongoing expansion of our B2B customer base.
As the SDR, you will be vital in expanding Tembi's e-commerce client portfolio across Europe. Your primary focus will be our e-commerce offering for other SaaS companies, agencies, and large e-commerce companies.
Working alongside the rest of the commercial team, you will confidently guide potential clients through the sales pipeline and significantly impact the sales process - especially the first steps in our sales funnel.
Your specific responsibilities will include:
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential customers (Outreach via calls, LinkedIn, trade fairs and inbound follow-up)
Engage with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media, to initiate meaningful conversations.
Collaborate with the rest of the sales team to develop and execute targeted strategies to convert leads into qualified opportunities and new clients.
Built and maintained a strong pipeline of leads, tracked progress, and provided regular updates to the sales management team.
Work closely with marketing to align sales and marketing efforts, providing feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
As the ideal candidate for this role, you bring experience selling SaaS or complex solutions to SMEs and large businesses. You may have a background in business, marketing, sales or analytics.
Essential qualifications and traits we value include:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or a junior sales specialist role
A proven track record of acquiring and qualifying new deals in the pipeline
Experience in solution sales, preferably from selling a SaaS product.
Proven track record of exceeding your targets.
Strong interpersonal skills, which allow you to engage successfully with managerial roles and C-level executives
Solid understanding of sales processes (preferably MEDDIC) and typical SaaS metrics.
A pleasant and collaborative personality, thriving in an informal, compassionate, and ambitious work environment.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English (Danish language skills are not required)
