The opportunity

We are looking for our first engineer to join the founding team!

This is a rare chance to help build something truly unique from the beginning: the technology, the product, the engineering culture, and ultimately a company that could become one of Europe’s defining technology successes.

You will work directly with the founders, researchers, and customers. You will make key architectural decisions, ship across the entire stack, design brilliantly intuitive products, influence product strategy, help hire future engineers, and have ownership far beyond what most engineering roles offer.

We’re a small team who like to move fast, keep true to why we’re building this company, and use the latest tools to dramatically increase our speed and creativity. All whilst creating a great place to work. Collaboration, empathy, and innovation are really important to us.

Who you are

Ideally with 2+ years of experience building new products either in a previous role or side projects. You actively enjoy building something inventive and are able to bring examples of what you have created. Being someone who can work independently, you are comfortable moving between frontend, backend, architecture, product discussions, and customer conversations. Keeping up with the latest trends and innovations in the development space is a real interest for you.

You are highly intelligent, ambitious, and genuinely energised by difficult problems. A great combination of skills spanning the ability to learn incredibly quickly, taking ownership and building to a high standard, are highly valuable. You enjoy working with other talented people, you communicate clearly, and you bring openness and humour into the team.

Preferred Experience

You have experience with:

• AI-native engineering workflows

• Building user focused products from zero to one

• Scaling infrastructure and modern cloud systems

• Security, cryptography, or adversarial systems

• Startups, open-source projects, or even ambitious side projects
