Position Overview: 

Wasted is looking for a production worker to produce bread waste pasta and maintain our production space. Your job will include running pasta production cycles, ensuring a clean and organized production environment as well as maintaining quality standards. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, clean and efficient worker passionate about making positive changes in the food system. 

Key Tasks:

• Produce pasta for wholesale customers, events and our soup kitchen partners

• Plan, manage and run efficient pasta production cycles 

• Ensure product safety and quality standards are maintained

• Properly clean & maintain our production space on a daily & monthly basis

• Work with our operations team to manage bread waste collection & inventory

• Work with our operations team to schedule production volumes and pasta deliveries 

Qualifications: 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food production, bakeries or professional kitchens

• Must be able to regularly move bags of flour and pasta weighing up to 25kg

• The ideal candidate is self-organized, comfortable working independently and willing to jump in and help with whatever needs to get done

• Drivers license is a plus but not required

• Must reside in Copenhagen and be legally allowed to work in Denmark
