As Senior Customer Success Manager, you are tasked with leading and structuring our overall customer success efforts in close collaboration with our co-founder.
It is your responsibility to ensure industry-leading customer satisfaction and product adoption while contributing to the overall growth of our B2B SaaS company.
We're looking for a candidate ready to join our growth journey with ambitions to become the Customer Success Lead.
You will create the playbook, including:
Maintaining a high NPS of +70
Create success stories with customers and collect five-star reviews from G2 every month.
Create a seamless onboarding program
Maximize value for our customers and freemiums, by building a continuous education framework
Build scaleable processes focused on upsell and maintaining a high NRR
Be the customer's voice and communicate clearly to the product team how we can deliver more value to customers by improving the product.
You act with extreme proactivity
You are a quick learner and driven by curiosity
You are positive, optimistic, and have a get shit done attitude
Demonstrate a structured approach to running customer success
Obsessed with delivering value to customers
Experience with customer success in B2B SaaS
Speaks danish
Shows potential to grow into a leadership role and build a sizeable team
Our office is in Island Brygge, Copenhagen. This is where you will be located.

Focused interview to dig into your customer success skill (1 - 3 hours)
Meet another team member or two (30 minutes)
Reference interview to validate what we have learned in the first three discussions.
