As we are growing fast, we're looking for the next talent to join our amazing finance team. In the Finance Assistant role, you will be reporting directly to the CFO and will get to work across teams to increase your finance skills and make an impact on the organization. You will independently and proactively do bookkeeping in Denmark, Germany, France, Norway etc. and assist the CFO in many other finance related tasks.
Financial operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, AR, AP and ad hoc accounting responsibilities in all countries where LifeX operates.
Maintain and develop bookkeeping processes and systems.
Participate in projects focusing on automation and optimization of processes and procedures.
Drive expense management across teams.
Set up and invoicing of LifeX customers.
Take on cross-team administrative projects and tasks.
Enjoys working with detailed administrative tasks.
Relevant education in Finance, Economics, Controlling, Auditing, or similar.
Knowledge of German accounting and finance principles is a plus.
Are a skilled user of Excel; analytical skills are highly desirable.
Obsessive about details and a structured worker with a strong work ethic.
Manage several tasks and priorities accordingly.
Willing to embrace new technologies, which can improve the finance function.
Have knowledge of ERP systems – or are curious to learn about them.
Curiosity to learn and a doer mentality.
Are proficient in English.
