This role will primarily focus on converting inbound marketing leads into clients while also contributing to outbound sales efforts and driving continuous improvements to our sales processes.
Proactively engage with inbound marketing leads to understand their financial management needs and present our solutions effectively.
Drive revenue growth by converting leads into satisfied clients through consultative selling techniques.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets and industries.
Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that meet client requirements and expectations.
Identify opportunities for sales process improvements and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions.
Proficiency in Hubspot and other sales productivity tools
Fluent in english and danish as mother-tongue or similiar
