We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our IT Support team in Copenhagen, Denmark.
In the new position as an IT supporter, you will be the point of contact for employees and management relating to all IT issues connected to the corporate network. As this is a new position, we expect that our new IT supporter will contribute to improving and optimizing processes and being a proactive part of the onboarding of new employees.
Ensure that the corporate IT network and appliances are working. This includes:
Onboarding and offboarding employees - Define, document, and execute the process for providing new employees with access to all necessary resources.
Manage hardware and software - Install, configure and maintain laptops, printers, scanners, workstations, and network (VPN).
Purchase of software and hardware - This will also include managing licenses related to specific products.
Keep an updated inventory of all the company's appliances.
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
Minimum experience in similar roles
Relevant education within IT is preferred
Extensive experience working with different operating systems (Windows, Linux, and Mac OS)
