We are looking for a project manager with an operational mindset to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you’ll spearhead project management and operations, ensuring that milestones are achieved efficiently and effectively. You will ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborating closely with the COO, you will be the crucial connector across various areas, fine-tuning our processes and communication to maximise productivity and achieve our objectives.
Collaborate closely with the COO in day-to-day operations, tackling immediate issues and managing projects with e.g. insurers, service networks, and customers.
Facilitate cross-team efforts across all business areas.
Collaborate with the CIO in developing and implementing insurance products.
Develop and manage project management systems, planning, and execution of projects.
Report and maintain high-quality standards for project deliverables to stakeholders.
Streamline and optimise processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitor project progress and performance.
Contribute to customer support and tackle unexpected challenges.
We look for signals that a candidate will thrive in our culture, where we default to trust, determination, autonomy, innovation, and a commitment to enjoying work. You are passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick thinking, and adept at managing multiple tasks and diverse responsibilities while keeping an unwavering attention to detail. You flourish when given a great degree of ownership and freedom and demonstrate exceptional judgment - a trait we believe is key to navigating and solving almost every ambiguous problem. You like flexibility, freedom, and innovation instead of error prevention and rule adherence. You are impatient with action and patient with results.
We are looking for talent and the right ambition rather than experience, so there are no strict requirements for qualifications. You could have an educational background such as Economics and Business Administration or equivalent, experience within the insurance industry, or other relevant project management experience.
You should have most of the following qualifications:
Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a great sense of humor.
Experience in project management and operations.
Self-starter and fast learner who can work independently.
Fluent in Danish and English.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
We offer a professional and international work environment where we value massive ownership and freedom. If you are looking for a company where you’ll get significant responsibility and the chance to influence decisions and company direction, this could be a perfect fit. We are remote-friendly, with offices in Valby, Copenhagen. We prioritise results over strict work hours, offering flexibility to all employees.
Salary is competitive and warrant program is negotiable.
