As a digital designer at Oak, you will work on

• Designing e-commerce solutions

• Web applications

• Gamification campaigns

How to succeed in the role

The preferred candidate has a few years of experience with designing digital products, can analyze and break down difficult design tasks, and work structured to transform business goals and user needs into simple engaging user experiences.

We expect you to be able to adapt your design process to the needs of each project, while at the same time being able to present and communicate the rationale behind your designs.

In addition it is important that you have

• Strong understanding of web design and user experiences

• Experience in using Figma

• Interest in creating and expanding on existing design systems for brands and digital products

• Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders

• Experience with building interactive prototypes and designing microinteractions and other interaction animations is a plus
